Information we collect and use

Demo requests collect your name, email, company, optional phone number and the description you provide. We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a strategy call and maintain customer relationship records. Request details may be saved as a lead, company and contact in our CRM. Entering a phone number does not enroll you in SMS.

Team account features use authentication and account records. Hosting and service providers process technical request data needed to operate the website. Please avoid submitting sensitive information in the demo form.

Service providers

Our website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database storage and authentication. The production demo-request workflow uses Resend to send a booking email and an internal notification to our team. Scheduling links lead to Google Calendar, where Google processes appointment details under its own policies. Preview and local environments do not send these emails.

Internal company research and outreach-draft tools can send business and contact context to Anthropic to produce research, scoring and drafts. These tools are separate from the SMS enrollment form; submitting SMS consent does not trigger an AI request. We use service providers to operate these features, not to sell SMS enrollment data.

SMS privacy

321 TechWorks collects your mobile number, SMS consent choices and permission history to provide the messaging program you request. We record the selected categories, brand and program, timestamp, enrollment source, and exact disclosure and policy versions. Keyword handling records provider event identifiers and opt-out or re-enrollment history when connected.

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that deliver or support this messaging program, including our messaging platform and telecommunications providers, solely to provide that service. Telnyx is the intended telecommunications provider; live SMS delivery is not connected on this website yet.

Your SMS consent is specific to 321 TechWorks and this service program. It does not authorize promotions or messages for another business. Once SMS delivery is active, reply STOP to withdraw permission. See our SMS Terms.

Retention and requests

Lead and SMS permission records are stored in our database. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to these records. Permission history is preserved to document grants and withdrawals and to prevent sends after opt-out. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or help with your preferences. We may need to verify your request and retain records necessary to honor suppression or meet applicable obligations.
